Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
Nextify (nextify.ashvattech.com) turns Framer sites into Next.js projects and lets you edit, download and publish websites. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Nextify, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Nextify website and app (together, “the service”).
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or GitHub we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider; when you sign in with an emailed link we receive only your email address. We use them to create your account, show who is signed in, and contact you about your account. We do not receive your password.
- Your content. The projects, pages, images, templates and other files you create, upload or import, and the URLs of the sites you import (together with the pages we capture from them to rebuild the site).
- Connected services. If you choose to connect Vercel or GitHub to deploy a project, we store the access token you provide, encrypted, together with your account name on that service, and use it only to deploy or push the projects you ask us to.
- Messages. What you send us through the contact form, including the email address you give.
- Usage and technical data. Counts of imports, exports and publishes (to apply the free usage limits), basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and error reports when something breaks.
- Cookies and local storage. A session cookie keeps you signed in, and your browser remembers your light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google, Nextify requests only the basic profile scopes (your name, email address and profile picture). We use this data solely to sign you in and to identify your account. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below that run the service for us. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
Nextify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To provide the service: import, edit, store, export and publish your sites.
- To keep your account secure and apply fair-use limits.
- To reply to your messages and send essential account or service notices.
- To find and fix errors and improve how the service works.
We do not sell your personal information or use it to show you ads.
Who processes it
We rely on a small set of providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase: sign-in and account database.
- Cloudflare (R2): storage for your projects, images and published sites.
- Vercel: hosting of the Nextify app.
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run): rendering sites you import.
- Resend: sending email, such as replies and notices.
- Sentry: error reports.
- Google and GitHub: sign-in, when you choose them.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open; usage counts are deleted automatically once their period ends. You can delete projects, imports, templates and connected services at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and everything in it, contact us from the email address you sign in with; we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep something by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights under local law, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, access tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest, and projects can only be opened by their owner unless shared. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a trusted sign-in provider and keep it protected.
Children
Nextify is not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
