Terms of service
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Nextify (the website, app and anything you download or publish with it, together “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Your account
You sign in with Google, GitHub or a link sent to your email. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep that sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Nextify.
Sites you import
Only import sites that you own or have the right to copy and modify. You confirm this each time you import. We may remove imports or projects, or close accounts, that infringe someone else’s rights. If you believe content on Nextify infringes yours, tell us and we will look into it promptly.
Your content and code
You keep all rights to the content you bring and the sites you make. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you (for example to render previews or publish a site you ask us to publish). The Next.js projects you export are yours to use, change and host anywhere, without attribution.
Templates and components we provide are free to use in your own sites. Some components are adapted from open-source libraries under the MIT licence; their notices are kept in our source.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Nextify to:
- publish anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes others’ rights;
- build phishing pages, malware or sites that impersonate others;
- attack, overload or scrape the service, or get around its limits or security; or
- resell or provide the service itself to others without our permission.
Free service and limits
Nextify is currently free. To keep it running for everyone we apply usage limits (for example on imports, exports and publishes) and may change them. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service; where that affects your sites we will try to give you notice so you can export them first.
Connected services
If you connect Vercel or GitHub, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We act on your instructions, for example to deploy a project, and you can disconnect them at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Imports aim to reproduce your site faithfully, but we don’t guarantee that every page, effect or integration converts perfectly, or that the service will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, Nextify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months and USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Nextify at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should last (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) continue after your account ends.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
